When should you book your wedding transportation?

This is a question we’re asked often “how soon should I book”? As always, the sooner is better but truthfully it depends. If you have big wedding of 150+ guests and you’re going to need a guest shuttle then start getting your shuttle buses booked 6 months or more in advance. If you’re already past this deadline, don’t panic just yet. We have a number of area afilliates we can call in to help out if we need more vehicles. Wedding party transports and getaway cars can be booked a little closer to your wedding date. If you can get all components of your wedding transportation arranged well in advance then that’s a huge plus.

We always accept last minute reservations (even day of if you’re running really behind) as long as we have availablity.
